Returns & Replacements
We want our customer to be 100% happy with their purchases, if you have any issue with your product/delivery, please contact us immediately by email (sales@glasspebbles.co.uk) or by phone 0114 3216219 in order to solve your issue.

This included if you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered or for some reasons you are not happy and wish to return it (see conditions below).
All you need to do, it is to send us an email to sales@glasspebbles.co.uk. In this email please include your order number and what your concern is. We will get back to you with a return authorisation and return details.

There are some conditions:

You need to let us know within 7 days of original delivery.
Items must be in original condition (packaging & unused).
If you have any other questions, please let us know.
You must include your details with your parcel/order number so that we can identify it.
If you have simply changed your mind and want to return. It is your responsibility to return the item(s) at your own cost. If the item is faulty we will replace and collect at our own cost.
